Key Advantages

  • Less material per m², reducing overall weight and cost.
  • Wider effective width, meaning fewer interlock seals.
  • Certified to EN standards with full traceability.

Available in S235JRC, S275JRC and S355J0C grades.

Sustainability and Supply♻️

Cold formed sheet piles offer a lower carbon footprint through efficient steel use and lighter transport. With production and stock held in Belgium and regular transport routes to the UK, Maxx Piling ensures fast, reliable delivery backed by responsive service and technical support.

Efficient Design and Performance

Cold forming allows for exact profile control and wider effective widths, resulting in fewer interlocks per wall metre and reduced handling during installation. With thicknesses from 4 mm to 15 mm and lengths up to 24 metres, our cold formed profiles can be tailored to meet specific project requirements.

These piles provide a robust, cost-effective solution that reduces overall steel weight without compromising strength or durability, a practical alternative to tropical hardwood or vinyl sheet piles, particularly for smaller or localised works.

Applications

  • Riverbank and canal protection.
  • Retaining walls and excavation support.
  • Flood defence and erosion control.
  • Alternative to timber, vinyl or plastic piling systems.
