Our Circular Supply Model keeps high-quality steel in continuous use, combining premium European and Middle Eastern production with reuse, recovery, and reconditioning right here in the UK.

Vítkovice Steel (Czech Republic) – European rolled sections with verified Environmental Product Declarations (EPD) under the International EPD® System.
EMSTEEL (UAE) – advanced Z-section sheet piles manufactured via Electric Arc Furnace (EAF) technology, supported by verified low-carbon performance and responsible sourcing certification.
Use - Built for Performance and Longevity
Our steel sheet piles are used in marine, civil, and foundation works for both temporary and permanent applications. With extensive stock across the UK and Europe, we provide fast delivery, efficient transport, and flexible supply, reducing waiting times and the environmental footprint of construction logistics.
Recover - Keeping Steel in Circulation
Many of our piles, especially those used for temporary works, are extracted and recovered after use. We work closely with contractors to manage the safe handling and collection of material, allowing it to be returned to our depots instead of entering the scrap stream. This approach helps extend the life of steel and reduce the environmental impact of new production.
Recondition - Preparing for Reuse
Recovered piles are inspected, cleaned, and sorted at our facilities to ensure they remain in good driving condition. We assess every pile for straightness, interlock fit, and overall usability before returning it to stock.
Reuse - Closing the Loop
Reused piles are held in stock and available for rapid delivery across the UK and Ireland. Each reuse can reduce embodied carbon by up to 90% compared with new production, supporting clients in achieving BREEAM, LEED, and CEEQUAL sustainability goals. This approach turns what was once a linear supply chain into a true circular loop, extending the life of steel through responsible recovery and reapplication.
